**Q: I have just taken delivery of this.  Can't see a safe way to take power cord out of side vent. Should it be back vent?**
A: I’ve just got mine also. I undid side vent but have no gap to pull plug out and replace vent so removed back vent but the plug lead is already threaded into a hole I’m not able to replace the vent again with the plug out. I’m so confused

**Q: Will this be suitable in a detached garage ? As my current domestic fridge freezer in the garage has cold condensation on the outside ?**
A: It does specify that it is suitable for outbuildings and I have it in a detached garage-although my Russell Hobbs model is not the same one as in the picture.. Many makes of freezer specify they are not suitable for outbuildings but I have found that Iceking, Logic and Russell Hobbs are ok outside. I have 2 of each of these makes outside without any running or reliability problems. (Russell Hobbs and currys Logic freezers appear to be mechanically the same). However, they all do collect condensation on the outside.

**Q: Did anyone get any help regarding how to get the mains plug out as it’s been threaded out of the freezer only to be threaded back in again! Ahhh**
A: Hi l think there is a plastic cover plate which if you remove will allow you access to the cable hope this was helpful.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact size but still bigger than most fridge/freezer freezer sections

I bought this for my shed as I needed a unit which would remain on during the cold weather and, so far, it has. There is not much to tell about it as it is much as customers might expect, a big white box (see product dimensions) with a silver metal interior. It has a small suspended shelf which, to be honest, is rather too small to be useful for much and there is an internal 'shelf' which actually just covers the workings of the freezer as is the case with most if not all freezers. I chose it as the advert promised me it would be delivered to the room of my choice. In reality the guy left it on the doorstep, waited in his van and drove off. That meant a disabled person had to go through a lot of pain to get it indoors and wait the rest of the day for help to move it the right room so, don't buy it for that reason. The lid opens nice and wide and doesn't feel like it is going to drop on me whilst using it and empty, it's really not so heavy I suppose because there isn't much to a freezer! Heavy enough to hurt me but not heavy. Certainly the best one I could recommend in the size range
