I take it iced or warm. The recipe I have calls for honey and lime juice, but using this naturally sweet product eliminates the need for additional sweeteners or taste enhancers. I boil about 8 oz of the product (1/3 of the bag) for about 1.5 hours on low heat, and it produces about 1.5 gallons of tea which keeps nicely in the refrigerator. I usually make the tea about every ten days.
