My husband's head is 23 inches around and it fits him great! The best way to know about your own head is to measure around just above your ears. My size is 21" and it's too big for me. **Q: What are the sizs? (can't buy guesswork.) I'm a 7.5"** A: There is no hat size noted inside my cap; however, I typically wear a 7 1/4 size and this cap fits nice but snug. I would not want it any snugger, however. It is a very warm and comfortable cap.
