## Customer Reviews

### ⭐ Very Poor quality of reproduction!
*by on Reviewed in Canada 17 November 2023*

This gramophone is not worth what I paid for it. There is a Crack along the joint of wood to the other...as pictured, the threaded adjusting screw for raising the Brass Arm ,( is tin not brass),is stripped in the Arm and will not tighten so the sound box and needle does not set onto record properly .Cannot use this phonograph at all !Refund required for this purchase.

### ⭐ Missing parts - NO HORN
*by on Reviewed in Canada 23 December 2025*

Arrived today 12/23/2025 - missing horn (empty box) - unit OK - not good for an item that cost $250.00UPDATE: to date still have not heard from seller - can't use as the horn was missing - poor customer relations

### ⭐⭐⭐ Horn not included!
*by on Reviewed in Canada 2 March 2025*

Dimensions are deceiving. Was well packed for shipping. Returned because the horn was not included.
