I got the 3 year warranty incase something should happen but its been a little over a month and still looks great. Looks very plush & fresh after vacuuming. I got it at a great price too so it was a no brainer to add the warranty. Overall im very happy with my purchase. Shipping was fast and rug was shipped nicely sealed in a thick plastic sheeting roll to keep it protected during shipping. I hope to be doing business with this company again soon. I loved this rug and was expecting what I would expect from a $40 rug. And it’s held up perfectly until now.... something tiny was dropped on the rug and I immediately picked it up. There was no stain/ still except for a dot about the size of a nickel. I grabbed a dab or water along with dawn dish soap just to make sure the area was clean. Well that was 4 hours ago and I noticed my rug has started to ripple along the edge.... I’m very upset. I have no idea WHY this happened but I’m not happy. I have bought cheap rugs from Home Depot and NEVER had this issue. Overall the quality and style of the rug is great. ESP for this price. I’m just not happy with what is going on right now. I would of given this rug a 5 Star but since seeing this.... it’s a 3. Hope someone from the company reaches out to me and makes this ok.
