This means, that upon disconnecting the wiring harness from the changer, you will be plugging it into the now disconnected changer, and not into the car! Looking over other products on amazon, there is a Y-connector which appears to solve the issue, and might leave the changer still functioning, although that could get weird. Other options would be to cut the factory connector and solder / shrink wrap this into the system - less than ideal. ### ⭐ Don't waste your money! *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2018* Installed on a 2003 lexus.
