I asked my dentist what he would use. He said he had his own teeth done and he always uses a soft brush. With the Oral B iO 6 I have, he suggested I use a soft brush. I use the Gentle Cleaning brush, works great. **Q: Can these replacement head be used for series 4** A: Yes. It can be used with all io series. **Q: Do these fit io6?** A: I have an iO series 7, not a 6, and it fits the 7 perfectly. The box says the brush heads are for the iO series (it does not mention specific models within the series) so I assume that means it will fit any of them.
