I find this stand works very well for my kindle and I love the clamps. It is great for reading in bed. This might not be the best stand for my laptop, but it is perfect for this. Also, although it Doesn’t look sturdy, . I find it to be holding up very well so far.First, I was disappointed as soon as i took the stand out of the box. The quality of the product is very low. it is made out of a cheap black plastic and not very sturdy. However, I did buy it just to use to elevate my laptop while working, so I can overlook that.Second, It is hard to adjust and it took me a while to get to the desired height and angle that I wanted. This is the first laptop stand I have tried, so I have no previous experience to compare the product to.It does hold my laptop and performs the function I need it for. I will keep messing around with the adjustments and see if it grows on me.
