I have been well overweight for over a decade. Nothing I tried had worked. But I finally started losing weight (5 lbs. in a month) with this company's Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean products for a month. I decided to add the Raspberry Ketones. This has definitely been helping as I've now lost 4 more lbs. in less than 3 weeks. This is all-natural, sustainable weight loss. I am still eating regular foods that I enjoy, but the supplements make it so that I feel fuller eating less. My cravings for in-between snacks has almost entirely gone away.I also cut out daily drinks of soda, and started walking for an hour most days. With the supplements, I have more energy to do this. The weight loss did take a while to start happening, but I could feel positive changes quickly. Mainly, my clothes were starting to fit better. Weight loss is not a linear process. For 10 days, I lost no weight. There have been days where I gained some weight. But the overall downward trajectory has been improving. Also, these supplements require that you drink plenty of water to help dissolve them into your system and to flush out the fat.Omega Soul is a nice company that gives you e-mail encouragement, meal plans, weight loss tips, an invitation for a free yoga club membership featuring 70 free videos, and they give you 15% discount codes for further purchases on Amazon. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sure. *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 11, 2015* I cannot tell if they are making any difference. I added this to my garcinia cambogia and colon cleanse. I am still loosing weight, but not sure if this is helping cause I was loosing weight before. I gave it 3 stars for that and because it leaves a raspberry aftertaste, that lasts for hours. I don't care for the aftertaste. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Have not noticed any change in weight or energy. ... *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on September 24, 2015* Have not noticed any change in weight or energy. But they may work for you! Just not what I am looking for in a Raspberry Ketone. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/3391073-omega-soul-raspberry-ketones-pure-extract-1000mg-servings-day-highest](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/3391073-omega-soul-raspberry-ketones-pure-extract-1000mg-servings-day-highest) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
