Made a Cat on the Hat Christmas tree! Hat worked perfectly for my pencil tree topper! Very cute and sturdy. Used tin foil to keep shape and expanded. Worked perfect!

The hat was the final detail to an old thrift store chair repainted and restored into a Dr. Seuss reading chair for a local education foundation. It may be a bit big for kids, but should fit adults who might sit in the chair to read to kids.

The hat is a lighter material than I anticipated, which will probably work better. It does, however, tend to sag or flop more than expected.

Perfect addition to our costume!

Bought it to wear for Kid's story time during Dr. Seuss' birthday. Kid's loved it and it was comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

We used this hat for our staff photos as we prepared for our Dr. Seuss theme for the next school year. Most of the staff had to perch the hat on their heads as it was small. It is the perfect looking Cat in the Hat hat but needs to be made slightly larger if you are going to expect adults to wear it. Worked okay and it was cheaper than other similar hats. If you're on a budget, it would work for a photo but if you expect to move around in it, you'll need something bigger.
