**Q: What does it contain?**
A: Ingredients are listed on the back of the box in this order: sodium palmate, sodium palm kernelate, aqua, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide.

**Q: Could I use this to wash dishes with?**
A: It’s a natural olive oil soap flake so you can use it for anything really - I wash all ny wools and delicates and linen with it

**Q: What if you have a water softener. Probably much less?**
A: yes, probably.

**Q: Can it be used in HE machines**
A: Owner should contact washing machine manufacturer. What I can tell them is I have used in a regular machine and there is no problem. In my experience this is a low sudsing soap.
