Anyone?s** A: I truly do sympathize, but it is concerning that this pulling gives you that much trouble. It should not be that difficult to do, unless your legs are very heavy, or you have profound neurological weakness of arms and hands. You would greatly benefit by using this device to work not just on leg stretches but also to build upper body stamina and strength! Take it slowly, do five or ten reps of the pulling for 20 seconds or as long as you can hold on. Don't give up, do it every day and you will gradually see increased upper body strength.
