Firstly there is nothing to say that this product is either refurbished or second hand. Which wouldn’t bother me if I know before hand, it’s then my choice. So this came I was excited that flew away after opening the package and saw a beaten up box. Then I found a 2 pronged plug. Eventually after finding with right adapter I read the instructions filled the water for it to go right through and then the hot plate didn’t get hot. I will be returning the straighteners.
