Da ich keine Lust hatte mir 20-30kg Sand zu kaufen habe ich mich für die AQUA-Version entschieden (einfache Beschaffung/ Entsorgung von Füllmaterial, Wasser schwappt und macht das Training anspruchsvoller).So! Der blackPack wurde zeitnah (wie immer bei Amazon) geliefert. Der "Aufbau" wenn man das überhaupt so nennen darf ist mehr als simpel: Tasche auf, Beutel raus, Beutel mit Wasser füllen, Beutel wieder rein, zumachen und ab gehts. Hier kommt der bisher einzige Mini-Kritikpunkt, das Befüllen war etwas nervig, da der Wassersack sehr stabil und störrig ist.Nachdem ich 20 Liter Wasser eingefüllt habe, war ich zuerst etwas skeptisch ob denn auch alles dicht ist. Also die ganze Tasche erstmal eine halbe Stunde hingelegt um zu testen ob was ausläuft....was natürlich nicht geschah, das Ventil ist doppelt gesichert und die Nähte der Wassertasche sind auch verstärkt.Zeit fürs erste Training. Voller Motivation hab ich angefangen mit dem blackPack einzelne Übungen zu testen. Gleich bei meinem ersten Versuch die Übung "Shouldering" auszuführen konnte ich den tollen "Wasser-Schwappt-hin-und-her"-Effekt erfahren in dem ich mir das Ding direkt ins Gesicht geworfen hab...Nach ein bisschen Übung und Dank zahlreicher Internetvideos und Anleitungen, klappt das Training mittlerweile sehr gut und bietet eine tolle Alternative zu herkömmlichen Trainingsmethoden. Der Sack ist Dank der zahlreichen Griffe sehr vielseitig einsetzbar.
