My brother recommended this for my mother who has lewy body dementia and had night terrors and much-too-lucid dreams. From the first couple of days she took it, we noticed a difference. She was much more calm. Then after a few months of it, our credit card had been hacked and I didn't realize it or that our order wasn't coming; the night terrors began again. After a couple of days, my brother brought me a couple of them (1 pill a day) and she was back to the 'happy dream' sleep and waking state, albeit not always sweet, the panic and fear aspects of it again stopped , the product arrived and the different is apparent. Don't know if i should say all this as I can't guarantee it would help for everyone in such a way. For instance, mom's not on any drugs so there's no potential interactive conflict.
