Review: Excellent Alkaline Water Pitcher - After learning about the benefits of drinking alkaline water, I decided to invest in a good water pitcher. After doing much research and comparisons, I settled on EHM. They seemed to have a more superior product across the board. The pitcher arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. You want to snugly fit the filter into the base of the reservoir. Use a little force and make sure that it fits nearly flush to the base so that water only goes through the filter. And that's it. Honestly, I never drank the recommended 8 cups per day because I find your run-of-the-mill water tastes rather bland, flat if not a little unpleasant. (I live in the city and am subject to municipal water treatment). Surprisingly, the filtered water by EHM tastes awesome! It has a silky, smooth and round quality to it. Almost reminds me of well water. It takes out the sharp and sour notes of my normal filtered water. Very happy with it. The pitcher itself looks attractive, light in weight yet sturdily made. It is also deceptively voluminous. It doesn't look that big, yet it holds over 3 liters of water. Drink one of these a day, and you pretty much hit your daily water requirement. I had some trouble with the cap and called the company. They were very responsive and resolved my issue right away. So not only am I happy with purchase, I am pleased with the interactions I had with EHM as an organization. Overall, great product. Works well. Looks awesome. I am happy with the purchase. And I am well on my way hit my daily water intake.
Review: my town's water supply is actually very good in it's purity and taste - I am a physician, and have researched the value of alkaline water extensively. However, most alkaline water is only available in plastic 1 liter bottles, which makes them expensive to consume in quantity. When I learned of the EHM Ultra Premium Alkaline Water Pitcher, at such a reasonable price, I ordered it immediately. Now, my town's water supply is actually very good in it's purity and taste... or so I thought. The pitcher was easy to set up with clear directions. Right from the start I could easily taste the difference. The taste reminded me of the best of the store bought plastic bottled alkaline water, and directly comparing my tap water to this filtered water revealed the obvious superiority of using this product. Although I did not have ph paper to check for the change in alkalinity, I then smelled the tap water, and there was a definite smell of chlorine. The filtered water had no such odor, and the product states that both lead and chlorine are among the elements filtered out. The only cautions I would add is not to overfill it, as this puts pressure on the lid, causing some leakage when pouring. Also, the recommendations for filter replacement are after a certain number of liters of water filtered, or a time period. I would suggest, since it is difficult to keep up with the amount filtered as I used it for all of my drinking or cooking water, is that there be included a simple label to write on which could stick to the pitcher, and have the date of the filter installation readily visible in order to order a replacement in a timely manner. In summary, for both taste, and health (helping to neutralize our very acidic diets, which increases the absorption of important nutrients as well as a large number of medications), I have given the product a 5 star recommendation. It is well made, durable, and the filtering process is quite rapid.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Am Glad I Bought This Water Filter

I am going to be honest, I thought this wouldn't be as good as the ice mountain bottles water I buy. Well to my surprise this thing works and it works good for me, I feel it up about 2 times per day, it's just 2 of us in the house. It says it lasts 6-8 weeks depending on use. Guess what, I left my filter out and only had the one and didn't want to put it back in the fridge to drain because of fear of bacteria, until my new filters would come. Easy to clean the picture, I did it by hand not sure if it's dishwasher safe or not. I tried my old bottles I've mountain water, it IMHO tasted worse than my EHM filter water, I can't go back to the bottled water. I live in the St. Louis, Mo and they say we have some of the best water in the country, but it's horrible straight out the faucet. Our water without the filter has a terrible chlorine taste, I run it through the EHM pitcher and it's delicious. I don't know about other filters but this one for me works great 👍🏾. I recommend this water pitcher and it's cheaper than my bottled water and if not it costs about the same and tastes better. I don't have to worry about plastic contamination from the plastic bottles, or some leaking when I get them home. Just more convenient for me. It says it removes solids, lead, and other things in the water. I can't say about that, but will remove chlorine and make the water taste good for sure. Oh and it's supposed to make the water a higher PH which is a plus. I don't have a way to measure that, but I can tell the taste and it's way better than my bottled Ice Mountain water.
