**Q: Where do I purchase cases for this pillow**
A: I would also like the option to purchase pillow cases separately, preferably organic cotton instead of the horrible pilling polyester. I like the pillow itself but hate the cover.

**Q: How would this work for me in a wheelchair, will it keep my thoracic pushed forward for support?**
A: I’m not sure if I fully understand your question, but if you want to use this bolster behind your back while seated in a wheelchair, it is quite thick and may prove to be uncomfortable.

**Q: I ned a very firm half moon.  I have positional apnea and must sleep in my side.  Firm enough to keep me from rolling on to my back?**
A: It should be sufficient if used on top of a firm mattress. Mine provides adequate support when used for the same thing, and I am a large person.

I recently had a knee replacement and needed a pillow to rest between my knees while sleeping. I tried various pillows that I already owned but none of them were comfortable. This seemed like the best choice of all that I found since it is adjustable. There is a zippered casing and 4 layers of foam inside, so that you can adjust it to your needs. It is more expensive than others but also more versatile. I am happy I made this selection.
