They actually made my condition worse because they have a sand paper effect. Movement throughout your normal activity causes contact abrasion with the pad and your very sensitive areas. Also agree with others that the size is a bit too large, which contributes to the movement and adverse effects. they might be better if they were offered in different sizes. All in all there is no possible justification or value at $20 per package for what is simply a big cotton round. I would recommend shopping for large cotton rounds as a alternative... much softer and cheaper.

**Q: Do these work better with boxers or briefs? (For guys...)**
A: We say Briefs! They seem to help keep Anupad tucked in place!

**Q: How big are these?  Diameter?**
A: I'd say four inches across or more...I don't have any of these pads anymore because they were too large for me.  I found that those drugstore packs of cotton ovals for makeup removal are smaller, less expensive and do the job just as well or better as this product in a much more convenient size.  Try the "Ma Ying Long" Chinese Hemhorrhoid ointment as well...its the only product that really works!

**Q: How long can I leave it in?**
A: Good question! Some of our product testers were truckers and they reported leaving Anupad in place for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Your situation might dictate changing every couple of hours if you are more active and not sitting the whole time.

**Q: Can i use anupad "dry" without ointment or cream? sometimes i get a little leakage down there...**
A: Yes, they can be used "dry" to control "little leaks" that are common with Diarrhea, Fecal Incontinence, Crohn's and UC. Anupad is really thick and thirsty. You can also use more than one at a time to help absorb more mess.

There's no way to review this without sounding cheeky. My butt has never been happier than after putting these pads in their place. The Tuck-it tool makes it very easy. It's a dirty job, but it does it well. (In all seriousness, better than the alternative pads)
