Upon taking the product out the packaging the firs thing I noticed was the heavy weight on it. This isn't the cheap light silicon that you find on many other products. The silicone used here - quality and sturdy. I decided to try it out on a cool September evening after getting some meat from Carlo the butcher. I was surprised and really impressed how it actually holds two pounds of meat, it really does pack in 8 quarter pound burgers. After stuffing the press i put the burgers in the freezer. I was only going to leave them for 15 minutes but realized I had a haircut appointment and ended up only taking the burgers out after 2 hours. The burgers were frozen but they popped out easily from the tray. The burgers came out fantastic and the one thing I can say is this handy tool definitely saved me the time of trying to shape these burgers. Clean up with a breeze as I threw the burger press in the dishwasher and called it a day. I would recommend this product to anybody who cooks and wants to save time and have the perfect burger. While I might only use this for burgers you can probably use this for shaping cookies or other foods. High quality durable product that makes shaping burgers easy!! 6 stars*** ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great veggie burger press *by P***A on May 25, 2017* I use this to make veggie burgers. I think it is better to fill in the squares rather than follow their directions. That way there's no spill over. Veggie burgers need to sit in the refrigerator for at least a half hour to solidify before cooking. I froze mine and baked them after and they came out great. I'll be using this whenever I have a craving for veggie burgers. Much healthier than meat and much better than the ones in the stores that are really high in fat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It really is not good for regular 1/4 pound burgers *by F***R on June 14, 2017* It really is not good for regular 1/4 pound burgers. Trying to stuff a full 2 pounds is a little difficult. We use about 1 1/2 pounds and it fits perfectly. The burgers easily pop out. They cook up to a perfect slider size when cooked. We use those little sweet Hawaii rolls and let friends and family customize any way they want.
