They fit well and my perception is that they stretch in much the same way as the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) ones do.I admit that I have not put them to any scientifically precise test other than my own perception of their limited usage thus far. For example, I don't know whether the 'weight equivalency number' that is printed on each band is exact ly accurate. Still, for the price, these are working terrifically well and are seemingly good quality, imo. I might even buy these again when it becomes time to increase my resistance.The photo shows an OEM band from Soloflex (Official) loaded first (inside band) followed by the equivalent measure replacement band I bought here (both pictured bands rated for 25lbs). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent bands *by J***R on May 16, 2020* Been using for over a year now..
