ミックス粉と指示された材料をホームベーカリーに入れて、こねるモードで10分ほど。あとは取り出してスプーンですくって天板に落として焼くだけです。20個〜ちょっと小さめにして24個くらいできます。私は普段はパン作りはホームベーカリー任せで焼きっぱなしの人ですが、それでも楽にできました。粉末チーズはカルディで売ってるものを使いました。たぶん何でも大丈夫と思います。子供に大好評で、お弁当にプラスしておやつ的に2、3個持たせると、もちもちしていて満腹感もあるらしく、小腹がすいたときに食べられると喜んでます。パン屋さんではポンデケージョは一個あたり50円〜なので、コスパ的にも満足してます。また買うと思います。

より本格的を目指してタピオカ粉を買ったりしましたが、メーカーによって『タピオカ』という表記はあるものの糊状で固まりにくかったり、逆に固すぎたり様々でした。おそらく澱粉によるものなんでしょうが原材料だけではよくわからないので、ミックス粉を買った方が結果的に食べたい時にオーブンの前で焼け具合をじーっと見ていなくても良いと思いました。こちらのミックス粉は簡単に出来ました。分量も慣れれば目分量でOKで我が家はコンベクションオーブンなのですが予熱してもしなくても薄く焦げ目が付く位でモチモチに焼けます。オーブンの種類にもよりますが、最初はタイマーを短めにする事をお勧めします。まだかなと思ったら延長すれば済むだけの話ですから。

タピオカ粉ではなく、小麦粉を加工したものみたいです。ポンデケージョは（個人的には）タピオカ粉から作るより美味しく・手軽にできました。今のタピオカ粉がなくなったらこちらをリピートしたいと思います。
