Terminals more than adequate.....i have 6AWG cable into crimped lugs attached with no problem. States weatherproof, i have located mine in a dry environment, close to battery in engine bay. A feature i like is the ability to isolate the feed if you need to work on anything without a current or if you want to stop any parasitic draw.
