After trying many over the counter remedies, home remedies, and physician prescriptions for my condition , without much success, I did some research on my own and found several articles that referred to the successful use of this oil for a number of gastric problems which included "acid reflux". I had all the classic symptoms of this conditions and over the years, had gotten progressively worse, so I guess you could say that I was desperate. I ordered a bottle of this oil and used it per instructions. I had found out that some people respond faster than others, so I thought that any success that I had would be the longer period of time. I started t notice some improvement after about seven days and continued taking the oil per instructions for another week or so, it was during that last several days that I could really tell that I truly was better. I had used about 2/3 of the amount of oil in the bottle. I stopped taking it at that time because I was experiencing none of the symptoms of "acid reflux" that had bothered me for years !!!. I did take a teaspoon of the oil once a week until I had depleted the contents of the bottle.. I remained " symptom free " for about six months. I did notice that the gastric discomfort started to reappear along about that time so I ordered another bottle of the Siberian pine Nut Oil and took it for 3 or 4 days and the gastric discomfort disappeared . I now take a teaspoon about once a week and I have no "gastric/acid reflux" any more. I absolutely think that the Siberian Pine Nut Oil has been responsible for my improvement.
