I know it is "sugar free", but not all "sugar free" is free of calories :)** A: It's calorie free **Q: If using this to make a latte how much would you put in the milk before frothing? I saw a recipe that said a tblspn and others commented it's strong.** A: I have found that 1 capful = 1 pump in a recipe. Starbucks is Grande 4 pumps, Venti is 6 pumps.
