The biggest issue is that you *do* run a risk of tearing the wall if you try to remove them. The longer they're on, the more air will circulate around the "glue" and it'll eventually get "into" the wall. It's like a climbing vine on brick.The product is a number of blobs of (basically) uncured silicon on a sheet, with a paper dot covering the top of the blob.You peel a blob, put it on your thing, peel the paper backing off, stick thing to the wall. As others have said, getting that paper off is the most fun you've had all day.I was hanging a number of unmounted posters. Heavy paper, straight to the wall. I ended up with an assembly line where I'd peel and stick the dots to the posters, pile on the side, next! Then, arrange as they're going on the wall, and start from one spot. Take a print to a flat surface, use a sharp knife to snag the edge of each paper dot, peel. Walk the poster to the wall, hang, repeat!For *me*, at this price point, they're great. _At the moment_, I'm not worried about the walls.
