Great for OBGYN clerkship and shelf prep. Takes you through the clinical reasoning process needed to answer questions and apply knowledge in real life. Gave me a great foundation. For example, no one taught me about the tests ordered for prenatal appointments. This book directly gave me the basis about the tests ordered and when. There may be some content gaps, but that can be remedied by taking NBME shelf practice exams and reviewing them.
