You can spray it on carpet, furniture, etc and it won't leave any discoloration. I'm not sure you can do that with regular simple green. The smell is very nice. Simple Green did nothing for the smell. So I researched cleaning urine from cement. Urine gets deep into the cement. Molecules of Simple Green are too large to get into cement. TSP molecules are small. So TSP can get deep into the cement.
