Review: Awesome value - So far I am very impressed with this knife. I bought the Asian multi prep knife and it performs very well. With a 1000 and 5000 grit water stone I quickly achieved an extremely sharp edge, scary sharp, in fact. Although I am not a huge fan of cosmetic texturing, like on this knife, I really can't fault the overall look and the finish of it. It's really pretty. It works great. What's not to like? At less than $30.00, it's a steal.
Review: Made in China - Just received and I am disappointed, I was thinking that it was a real Japanese knife but it's not. The silver finish seam cheap to. Will see in the future if it is durable but beware of false Japanese knife.

So far I am very impressed with this knife. I bought the Asian multi prep knife and it performs very well. With a 1000 and 5000 grit water stone I quickly achieved an extremely sharp edge, scary sharp, in fact. Although I am not a huge fan of cosmetic texturing, like on this knife, I really can't fault the overall look and the finish of it. It's really pretty. It works great. What's not to like? At less than $30.00, it's a steal.

I was searching for more of my favorite honesuki deboned knife . The angle n the ergonomics is great in this knife. The blade is sharp enough and holds for my purpose. Jo … it doesn’t compare to my Kasumi utility knife for $81 here on Amazon . But this is pretty good! I bought 13 .
