Review: Simply the best - Have used many utility knives in my day, and I still find myself always coming back to old faithful. If you want something well built to do the job it’s intended for, then look no further. Is it super compact, no, but I have big pockets. Does it cost a fortune? Also no. Solid, functions every time, not so expensive you’re mad if it disappears on the job site. Buy a multi-pack and have spares for the same price as a generic folding set-up. Review: The best box cutter - Ive tried other types and styles over many years in the trade, but have come back to, and settled on this utility knife. It’s easy to use, nothing fancy or gimmicky, reliable and inexpensive. It needs no improvements. ## Features - Starts sharper and stays sharper than standard heavy-duty blades - 3-position, retractable blade; blade storage in handle - Patented interlocking nose holds blade securely - Includes 3 blades ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B010GCSVKM | | Best Sellers Rank | #135,893 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #561 in Utility Knives | | Blade Material | Alloy Steel | | Brand | STANLEY | | Brand Name | STANLEY | | Color | Grey, Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 363 Reviews | | Handle Material | Steel | | Handle Type | Manual-Retractable | | Item Length | 6 inches | | Item Weight | 4.54 g | | Manufacturer | Stanley | | Manufacturer Part Number | 10-099-3 | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Model Number | 10-099-3 | | UPC | 600649686742 | | Unit Count | 3 Count | ## Product Details - **Blade Material:** Alloy Steel - **Brand:** STANLEY - **Color:** Grey, Silver - **Handle Material:** Alloy Steel - **Item Length:** 6 Inches - **Item Weight:** 0.01 Pounds - **Manufacturer:** Stanley - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **UPC:** 600649686742 ## Images ![10-099 6 in Classic 99 Retractable Utility Knife, 3-Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41+ECkoZrZL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply the best *by N***Y on March 1, 2026* Have used many utility knives in my day, and I still find myself always coming back to old faithful. These are made to do what you dont want to do with your better knifes. And they are affordable. ## Frequently Bought Together - Stanley 10-099 6 in Classic 99 Retractable Utility Knife, 3-Pack - Stanley 11-921 20-Pack 1992 Heavy-Duty Utility Knife Replacement Blades - Stanley Utility Knife, 2-Pack - 6 in Classic 99 Retractable with Alloy Steel Blades & Handle, Interlocking Nose, 3-Position Blade, Includes 3 Blades --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/31697137-10-099-6-in-classic-99-retractable-utility-knife-3](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/31697137-10-099-6-in-classic-99-retractable-utility-knife-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
