Did a fast a week or two ago and had a cup of this with an oxo for flavour before I started eating again. Theres a goodly amount in the tub when your using a scoop or two at a time. Ive started adding a scoop to a potnoodle (not ideal) but it works and allows me to pretend a cheap rather crappy snacks marginally healthy.
