## Description

The highly reliable and efficient X2 controller from Hunter Industries brings irrigation management into the next generation by building on legacy of its predecessor, the popular X-Core. The X2 provides the option to add Wi-Fi capabilities for total remote management and advanced water-saving features using Hunter’s industry-leading Hydrawise smart irrigation technology. With X2, you can keep the familiar dial-based programming style offered by X-Core. If you upgrade your X2 to Wi-Fi control with a simple, plug-in WAND module, programming is familiar, fast, and easy thanks to a helpful setup wizard using a smartphone or desktop device. Hydrawise maximizes water savings by automatically adjusting irrigation schedules based on local weather conditions. X2 ensures healthy, green landscapes to make site management more convenient and profitable in routine installations. You can quickly set irrigation schedules and manage an unlimited number of controllers with real-time controller status updates.

## Features

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have the X core now inside are the wire post the same so can rewire just like the X core? And can it be inside?**
A: When I replaced my Hunter Pro-C controller with the Hydrawise X2 I simply took a picture of the existing wiring of the Hunter Pro-C not only to capture the wiring connections but also the color of each wire. It was then simple to connect each station wire to the appropriate terminal inside the box. If in the unlikely event your wires are all the same color, make sure to label them with the station number before you disconnect them. In my case I only have 7 stations so only the terminals labeled 1-7 were used. Also, there is a common wire terminal labeled "C" that I connected as well. It was that simple. Make sure to test each station after making all the connections but mine worked perfectly. Also, my Hunter Pro-C was already in my garage so that's where I placed my Hydrawise X2 controller. So yes, it can be inside.

**Q: can this unit be hard wired instead of using the plug?**
A: Yes the wires are all color coded and labeled, just match them up

**Q: How much does wifi module cost ? and do you have hunter industries rtl0502pgv101g hunter 1 吋 pgv ?**
A: We have the Timer, WAND WiFI Module and the Valves all in stock. For a custom combined order, please contact us directly.
Thank you

**Q: We have the Hunter X2; can we order the wand from Amazon?**
A: Yes
