Good customer service! *by A***R on January 12, 2023* UPDATE: I'm adding one star for the great customer service. The seller contacted me and resolved the issue I had promptly. And NO, the seller DID NOT ask me to change my review. I did it on my own. This product does what it's supposed to do and catch the sweat dripping from my face while indoor cycling. The main coverage area is just right where I drip, which is the area where the top-tube meets the head-tube and around the stem area. I see some folks mentioning about insufficient coverage. I guess that depends on the rider's positioning on the bike. In my case, regardless I ride the drops, the bars or the hoods this sweat net catches every drip coming from my face. Unfortunately, as functional as this product is, the one I received has a manufacturing flaw. The part of the elastic band where it's stitched to the narrow end of the catcher is frayed. It looks like it's about ready to rip. My wife says she can fix this easy and stitch it back if (when) it tears off.
