## Description

The iLIVING 18" wall-mounted moisture-resistant outdoor misting fan is ideal for cooling down your home, warehouse, coffee shop, loading dock, greenhouse, amusement park, livestock building, or sporting event. The fan is designed for use both indoors and outdoors, is UL507 tested and rated for use with misting and fogging rings. It features a galvanized steel frame and curved aluminum fan blades for optimal air movement. Wall mount kit is included. UL Listed. Available to use with the iLIVING ILG-250 Cooling System Fan Misting Kit (Sold separately) to turn into a misting fan.

Review: Quiet and powerful - I installed this fan on my balcony to get rid of charcoal barbecue smoke and foul odours from neighbouring units. I've used it a few times now and it's very effective, powerful enough to clear the smells right away. I have it plugged in to a remote control extension cord so I don't have to go outside to turn it on when I smell odours. It's so quiet that I have to check outside to make sure it's working. My only small criticism is that there's no stand available for it. Since I'm a renter with a concrete balcony I can't drill holes in, I had to build my own stand for it.

**Q: what are the dimensions of the fan?**
A: The fan dimensions are of the actual blades,  not the cage. Add a couple inches to the final product size.

**Q: How strong is this fan? what is the cfm rating for it? (cubic feet per minute)**
A: I can’t give you the “cfm” rating—that would be for the manufacturer to say.  But I can tell you that we never move it above the low or medium positions because it will blow your socks off when it is on high!  We love thi fan—have it mounted on the corner of our roof eave, and it cools down most of the patio (which is about 14 x 14 feet).

**Q: Has anyone used these in horse stalls? I want to make sure they are safe for 24/7 use in dusty conditions. Is it powerful enough for a 12x16 stall?**
A: I’ve not used it in a horse stall but I run it 24/7 on my back patio and it has a switch that will automatically shut off the fan if it overheats. Haven’t had an issue yet and it’s been running 6 weeks straight...

**Q: does this fan come with a plug  or does it need to be hard wired?**
A: It comes with a plug and I love this fan  Great purchase!!!!

Funciona increíblemente bien, tiene mucha fuerza, 3 velocidades y que regulas con una cadenita que hay que ir jalando cada que quieras cambiar de velocidad, materiales de muy buena calidad, es muy robusta su construcción, pesa más de lo que imaginé, súper fácil de instalar, no vibra está muy bien equilibrado, puse dos en el patio exterior de mi casa y refresca bastante bien, lo volvería a comprar sin duda
