## Description

These buffer calibration solutions are suitable for the calibration of all pH meters. Each production lot is manufactured in our own laboratory following carefully controlled written procedures and standardized against NIST standard reference materials (SRM) for high accuracy. The finished product is assigned a unique Lot number and expiration date. These products will have greater than one year shelf life when received. Certificate of analysis and traceability included.

**Q: What is the self life?**
A: pH 4.00 and pH 7.00 receives a 2 year expiration from the date of manufacture. pH 10.00 receives a 1.5 year expiration from the date of manufacture.

**Q: Does the certificate have any additional costs?**
A: No. The certification(s) are included with the shipment at no additional cost.

**Q: Where can i find the buffer ph vs. temperature table that commonly comes with ph calibration buffers?  not just the two values on the front.**

**Q: how much is needed to calibrate a pen? How long does this usually last calibrating 1/week/min?**
A: Depends on the pen size. the myron L pen with cup for the it'll be about 3oz for a triple rinse and calibrate. So 5 weeks since it's about 16.9oz. but other pens require more.

I am really pleased with this company's products. I calibrated a pH meter to the 7.0 standard and then testing using Biopharm's 4.0 and 10.0 standard i obtained 3.94 and 10.10. The meter is only accurate +/- 0.1 pH so these standards are WELL within the accuracy of the meter. In addition the 3 buffers were efficiently packed in a box that can be reused for storage. The standards are also packed in a narrow neck bottle with a tight lid. (Minimising evaporation and CO2 absorbtion from the atmosphere.) The buffers were packed in order 4, 7, 10 from left to right and the NIST trace sheets were also in order front to back. I mention this because it shows the company pays very strict attention to details and order. That is exactly what i want from a quantitative chem lab producing standard solutions. From now on i am purchasing all my standard solutions from these people. THANKS!
