The documentation isn't great so i wasn't sure which side it was "up" but figured it out easily enough. Put the phone on the pad and after a few seconds lights up and charging indicator says its charging. Works like a charm. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Far better than I expected! *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2016* I bought a couple of these to have around the house, and they're great. My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S6 phones, and these work beautifully. They charge quickly enough and we've had no issues with sensitivity to how the phone is placed. In fact, they're far more forgiving than I expected...you have to be close to centered, but not perfect. If you're having issues with slow charging, note that the instructions call for a 2 amp power supply, so make sure that's what you're using. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Charges but is very slow *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2017* Not terrible, does the job, but takes 2-3 times as long to charge my phone as my actual Samsung wireless charger. My phone started at 37% this morning and it's been sitting there for 2.5 hours and is now at 51%.
