Pressure Mount. Fits 29.5"-50" Wide (32" Tall, Sustainable Hardwood) ## Features - KEEPING TODDLERS SAFE SINCE 1953: The Extra-Wide Wire Mesh Gate fit openings 29.5" to 50" wide and is 32" tall. The pressure mount gate has a hardwood frame with rigid vinyl-coated wire mesh with baby safe openings 1 1/2” x 2” wide, and comes with the required wall cups for installation; no hardware is required. - CLASSIC, CONVENIENT & BABY SAFE: The classic tried and true baby gate. Traditional and durable. Safe for babies ages 6-24 months. Proudly assembled in the USA with American Hardwood. Made by North States, keeping toddlers safe since 1953. (234) - PRESSURE FIT, NO HARDWARE: Simply position bumpers in included wall cups, slide locking pin in place for the best fit, and lower the locking bar to secure the gate. Locking bar will be stiff on first use but quickly becomes easy to operate. Locking pin ensures the gate “remembers” the width setting, for fast re-installation. Wall cups are attached with included adhesive pads. - WHERE TO USE: Ideal for securing low traffic areas. Loved by pet owners! Not for use at the top of stairs. Best used indoors. - USEFUL INFORMATION: Contact the manufacturer using information on the box if you have any issues. Required wall cups and adhesive pads to attach them are included. Mounting surfaces must be at least 1.75” wide. Rubber bumpers protrude ½” and are 4” from bottom of gate to account for standard baseboard 9/16” x 3 1/4”; does not work with extra-tall or thick baseboards. Stores in a compact size (28”x1.5”). ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Mounting type | Pressure Mount | | Target species | Dog | | Unit count | 1 count | | Age range (description) | Baby | | Closure type | pressure mount | | Manufacturer | North States Industries | | UPC | 026107046154 | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00026107046154 | | Product Dimensions | 82.99 x 6.99 x 75.57 cm; 2 kg | | Anti-Tick Material | Wood | | Is assembly required | No | | Batteries required | No | ## Product Details - **Material:** Mesh - **Colour:** Natural Wood - **Brand:** Toddleroo by North States - **Product dimensions:** 74.9W x 81.3H centimeters - **Item weight:** 2 Kilograms ## Images ![50" Wide Extra Wide Wire Mesh Baby Gate: Installs in Extra Wide Opening in Seconds Without damaging Wall. I do not see an opening.** A: The gate is almost impossible to open with the provided slider mechanism. The arm latches onto a series of notches which adjust the width. This works well to fix the width, but makes it very awkward to open/close. I gave up on that after a few tries. I now slide it across the floor and walk through that way. I then slide it back in place. **Q: How high are the bottom parts (my husband says "bumpers") that grip the wall?? We have wooden molding going around our floor and it is 3 & 1/2" high.** A: The middle of the bottom bumper is 4 5/8" from the bottom of the gate and the middle of the top bumper is 27 5/8" from the bottom. **Q: Is there replacement bumper pads for this baby gate?** A: Thank you for your question. The bumpers on the Wire Mesh Gate are not intended to be removed pre-assembled during production. Unfortunately, they are not available as a replacement part. **Q: I have a 50 inch opening I want to gate off. The description says it fits up to a 50 inch opening. Has anyone tried it on the max width?** A: Yes it does with no issues ## Frequently Bought Together - Toddleroo by North States Extra Wide Wire Mesh Wooden Baby Gate: 29.5"-50" Wide.
