It's the best customer service I've received on Amazon. So if you have an issue, you will be met with a warm response and a fast resolution. So despite my review, the benefits of buying these tablets are the value for money and the excellent customer service you will receive. Even if you split the vitamin in half which is what I do, it can sometimes take a few swigs of water to push the vitamin down your throat because it stays there unless you have quite a bit of lubrication. The price is great and I'm thankful for that but it's not something I look forward to doing every day because I know it's going to be a pain. I suppose you could chew them but the taste isn't pleasant and those big boy's will need a lot of chewing.
