Plug it in and cry at what it finds that needs fixing. At first it was difficult to see the screen due to the tears and the need to sell a kidney to fix the car. It's easy to navigate and work and clear faults. This is our second one as the first didn't diagnose brake faults this sexy unit does. I can confirm that if you want to do your own rear Brake pad servicing this tool can wind in the rear electric parking brake and reapply when new pads fitted.I performed this on a VW Passat estate B7 2014 and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if this tool is worth a try.

Bought this after seeing it on a You Tube channel of someone who lives full time in a motorhome (GadgetJohn). Tested it with my VAG car, seems okay, and should also be useful in case friends and neighbours have diagnostic problems with their vehicles.Good value for money

Worked perfectly and easy to use. I was struggling to sort out an ABS and Traction control issue with my VW Transporter T6 which was preventing me from getting an MOT.This scanner told me straight away which ABS sensor was faulty. So replaced the faulty sensor then cleared the fault and all the warning lights were off - and stayed off!

Simple to use. Simply plug in and follow the on screen menu. I purchased to find out why my air bag light was on. Found the code within minutes, sorted the fault and cleared the code. The scanner also identified a faulty heater plug which did not throw up an engine management light. It’s a compact unit with a handy Cary case, so easy to store in the car.

Very useful tool for VW Group vehicle owners. Allows to check and delete error codes for engine and other systems like climate control, electric hand brake, electric power steering, etc. What can be checked depends on vehicle - if car doesn't have it then it can't be checked. So far I've error for Airbag which popped up after replacing battery in my Skoda Octavia 5E5Haven't test it yet on other brands. It's easy to use and performs diagnostic/error deleting tasks fairly quickly.

Bought this to attempt to diagnose my car at home - it was displaying an error code "E0606 Module Processor" which refers to the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) effectively the ECU.Took it to a garage to verify and they were able to diagnose the issue more accurately which was a faulty thermostat housing, nothing to do with the PCM / ECU so totally useless bit of kit.
