Review: Well Made pot - Actually a pretty nice sauce pot, just with I had gotten a bigger one. Only downside of a nice copper pot like this is that it will show scratches a bit more easily. It is a well made pot though and does what I need it to do and it seems to stay nice and shiny!

I bought the only non-coated copper pot for a decent price i could find on desertcart, because I knew about the health benefits of cooking with copper. Its actually exceeded my expectations. The food industry does humanity a great disservice by encouraging cooking with stainless steel. Not only have i enjoyed cooking with this beautiful pot, it seems to be naturally non-stick, nothing gets stuck with any real force, even when the pot is glowing hot (which doesnt take long), unlike stainless steel, which is a nightmare to cook with: everything gets stuck, and it takes forever to heat up.. I can confirm 100% that it does not have any sort of non-stick coating, as the first few hours you leave water in the bottom of the pot, the pot begins to change color (which is natural for copper).

A: Yes you can reach the high temps needed (300) using medium heat settings with much less stirring than I had to use with my other pots without the dreaded scorching. I love it...

**Q: Can you use to re-heat coffee???**
A: over gas or electric , not induction

**Q: Does this come with a lid?**
A: It does not come with a kid.

**Q: Does this have a flared rim or lip for easy pouring?**
A: No it does not. The handle is a bit problematic. I like the appearance so much that I put up with it.

Works great and looks great. It heats very quickly and evenly. The pot itself smells like a penny but the food doesn't taste at all metallically unlike what I sometimes taste from stainless steel pots.
