Review: I got the set with three pots, three lids, and one fry pan (plus a bunch of throw-away accessories). I like pots like these for hiking and car emergency kits. In any situation where staying longer than planned, ability to boil water is a huge plus. Good lightweight and inexpensive for this purpose. I have also liked Open Country 2 quart with teflon, but it's never available. Also useful to put hot foods, straight off the grill or fry pan, which would blister plastic storage. Butter, oil, and fats wash off much more easily than plastic, and they dry faster too. Of course you could just put food on a plate, let cool off, then put in ziplock or bread bag.... What about glass, titanium, and stainless? Stainless options are appealing but considerably heavier, and usually a little more expensive. Glass can microwave but heavy, no handles, and can break. Titanium is uncessesarily expensive to me.
