Even came with some spacers to adjust the length of the rope. Very nice Review: I had been hoping to buy a more expensive weighted rope from a competitor because of all the bells and whistles they promise, but then found this one. It's well designed, and it's durable. You can use this on pavement, and not have the added expense of buying a jumping mat, too. It doesn't kink, has good mechanical action in the bearings, and feels good in the hands. And it's 1/4 the price of of the fancier brand that necessitates a gentler jumping surface. And after nearly two months of using this weighted rope, my cardio and overall endurance are noticeably stronger. It does what it's designed to do. How refreshing. ## Features - 【PROFESSIONAL WEIGHTED JUMP ROPE FOR FITNESS WORKOUTS】– VOXLOVA weighted jump rope can shape your stamina and speed, while improving the muscle tension of your whole body, builds muscle definition and burns fat. In order to meet the needs and choices of customers, we have designed different styles of skipping rope. This skipping rope which you asked is made of high-density solid PVC cable and covered with two layers of high-strength industrial composite fabric, The skipping rope has a protective cover, can reduce the damage to the cable when it is used on outdoor or other abrasive surfaces. The other PVC skipping rope, the whole cable is made of high density solid PVC cable, it's slightly heavier than the first one, about 1.7oz(48g) difference. We Recommends limiting or avoiding the use of this jump rope on abrasive surfaces, as it can decrease the lifespan of the rope cable. **Q: Does anyone know the weight of just the rope?** A: 0.93lbs (14.82 ounces). It's a great jump rope, and I can't wait to use it again once I heal from my cancer surgery. P. S. You can always cut the jump rope down to length too. Good luck! **Q: Is the rope weighted or the handles?** A: Yes, the rope is weighted from either 1/4lb to a 1/2lb depending which one you order. I ordered the 1/2lb and it’s more than enough for a great workout **Q: Wich one is heavier, the p-01 red or the n-01 red?** A: Hi,Allen p. Sorry for keeping you waiting, the weight of P01 Black / P02 red is 0.98lb (15.5 ounces), and the weight of N01-red/N02-gray is 0.88LB (14 ounces). Thanks for your attention and interests on our products. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by V***Z on 5 September 2024* Haven’t got to use it yet just got it. Very nice ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***R on 24 October 2020* I had been hoping to buy a more expensive weighted rope from a competitor because of all the bells and whistles they promise, but then found this one. It's well designed, and it's durable. You can use this on pavement, and not have the added expense of buying a jumping mat, too. And after nearly two months of using this weighted rope, my cardio and overall endurance are noticeably stronger. It does what it's designed to do. How refreshing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by S***T on 13 February 2024* There are two issues with this rope that I wasn’t crazy about. First, there are rubber sleeves on each handle that are designed to give you extra grip, and they do, but they have a tendency to slide on the handles which is annoying. Secondly the rope tends to coil up which is also pretty annoying. I suspect that it’s because the PVC material is so thick. Probably not much you can do about that. I thought in time it would relax, and it has a little but not as much as I would have liked. If I were to purchase this again I’d go for the cotton rope instead which would alleviate the coiling issue. Update. Company reached out to make it right which I really appreciate. The cloth rope is so much better than the pvc rope. I revised my rating to 4 stars based on excellent customer service and the cloth rope. I’d have given it 5 stars if it actually weighed a pound but as you can see from the picture it’s a couple of ounces shy. Not a big deal unless you’re someone who is super particular.
