Mine doesn't have the support it shows in the picture.** A: Yep. We had the same problem. Unfortunately this just isn't a good product. We had to return the item and experienced a lot of issues when trying to do so. **Q: Is the cinnabar color a true red or does it have a pink tone? I see someone has described it as magenta.** A: no, it's a deep crimson red. definitely not magenta. **Q: If liquid us spilled on this, does it go through cover or can cover be wiped off?** A: Go read the Description. Look for water proof or how to clean it. **Q: My ywo bags just arrived in a small box. Is the stuffing included?** A: Yes. You need to take the plastic off and let the filling expand even roll it around and fluff it up. It takes several days to fully expand. Mine started out in about a 2 foot square box. It is now over 3 feet in diameter.
