I bought another brand (eco tools) when I started running low that was cheaper and it proved to be less effective than this stuff. The other brand couldn't work up as good of a lather to get deep enough into the bristles, especially when I got to my densely packed foundation brush. I always have to take the tiny bit that's left of this product out to get it completely clean. Moral of the story, I'm going back to this stuff because it just can't be beat.
