Review: Excellent Replacement - Not "Simple" - Take Your Time - 1. Use a heat gun to soften up the adhesives on your old phone. 2. Be patient. If the items don't release easily, apply more heat. 3. Use tweezers to remove ALL stickers on your old phone back. 4. Use B7000 Black to re-adhear to the new back and be patient. 5. Keep your working area clean and as "dust-free" as possible. This is a great replacement back that requires patience and knowledge. Review the how-tos found on one of the popular video sites. Your new back will need to have just about everything from your old back so you'll need to use heat and tweezers to get the old stuff off. Expect to spend about 30 minutes including prep and clean up. Use your heat gun to soften the back about 1:30 to 2:00 minutes focusing on the edges. Then use the metal tool to slice through the adhesive and slowly dislodge the back. Once the back is removed, place the phone in a clean place (under a large glass bowl is not a bad idea) while you work on removing the old items (stuck-on items) from the old back, and one by one... placing them on the new one. I've had to do this twice and it really is easy to do... not "simple" but easy. Work slowly. ## Features - ★【QUALITY ASSURANCE】Brand New Quality material Back Glass Cover Waterproof Housing Door with Camera Glass Lens and Tape Parts - ★【COMPATIBLE MODELS】for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G - ★【REPAIR INSTRUCTION】Replace your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G broken, damaged or broken back cover glass.
