## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between FC and FC-E?**
A: The key difference is the diode brand: the FC series uses Samsung diodes, while the FC-E series uses BridgeLux diodes. Both are trusted brands—Samsung is a global leader, and BridgeLux is a well-established U.S. manufacturer.

**Q: How to install them? Is the installation difficult?**
A: Installation is fast and easy with a foldable design that reduces setup time. FC-E1500/FC-E3000feature an integrated all-in-one design, while FC-E4800/FC-E6500/FC-E8000/FC-E1000W use a single-fold design for quick unfolding and installation.

**Q: How to achieve intelligent control? What functions does it provide?**
A: Intelligent control is available via optional accessories, supporting remote control, scheduling, and sunrise/sunset modes. iConnectu controller offers basic control, iControl supports RJ12 devices, and iHub Pro enables multi-device management.

**Q: Can it be installed together with ADlite? And how do I choose the appropriate ADlite model?**
A: Yes, ADlite can be installed together. Due to the compact design of FC-E1500 and FC-E3000, ADlite can only be mounted on the outer side. For selection: use ADlite RB30 (short) for fixtures under 500W, and ADlite RB55 (long) for fixtures over 500W.

**Q: What should I do if the light malfunctions?**
A: Designed for 50,000 hours of peak performance, Mars Hydro stays by your side. With local repair centers and 24-hour support, we ensure your growth never skips a beat. Experience peace of mind through our dedicated care.

### ⭐ New!!**Updated**1/18/24 I have 2 of them and they are complete junk!
*by ***A on July 14, 2023*

Manufacturing error light bar won't snap into place so 1 star because it shouldn't have left the factory if it didn't fit onto the frame oh and there's a big green sticker on the box that says 'QC' Passed! very disappointed in Mars hydro I'll update my review when I get the replacement. **UPDATED** 7/26 Ok so the 1st light had a problem but they made it right Alice from Mars hydro reached out to me I was sent another light and as a bonus for my trouble I'm receiving 1seedling heating pad 2 grow bags and a $20 refund on my order! Thanks again to Alice and Mars hydro for awesome customer service because they really didn't have to do anything but replace the light. Also the new light is working just right. Would recommend. As of 1/18/24 I have 2 lights and I'm having problems with one of the lights power jumping all over the place from 160watts to 2 something then to 302 then back down to 160 this is completely unacceptable also the app isn't working properly it doesn't recognize the lights sometimes and now I can't control them with the app totally wasting money all while I'm in the middle of a grow so I'm scared to try and mess with them because they might not turn back on at all like I've read with other people's accounts! #frustrated I'll never buy another Mars hydro product! And I am trying to contact them to at least get a full refund for the latest one I just bought but you know how it is with another time zone! I wish I would've went with another company. Update 4/11/25 the lights are still junk and mars just stopped responding! Please please please people don't buy from them! You've been warned 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
