**Q: What is the difference between the queen pillow vs the queen plus?  Which is firmer?  I need very firm/hard and tall due to neck.**
A: We bought the queen and it is too firm for us. It's never been used and is still in the box if you want to buy it!

**Q: Anyone bought this recently? i got one 25 yrs ago. it was perfect. then one in 2010. it's very firm. i prefer softer. can you tell me if this is hard?**
A: We got one a long time ago and loved it as well but the one we got this past year is too firm. We haven't used it.
