Mediocre at best
I came out of hospital with aneamia, the hospital failed to give me an infusion during my stay, so upon my release I chose this supplement because its a complex with vitamin C, I've taken this supplement daily for 5 weeks, and hoped with this supplement and changing my diet I'd be better. I'm not at all I'm still aneamic and will have to have an iron infusion treatment.

So no way of using before they expire I have written to them but no reply ( I only realised after the Amazon 30 days return period had expired! But thought I would...
