Trusted by the APTA for effective, comfortable use. ## Features - Gentle, Progressive Sizing: Four graduated dilators let you start small and move up only when each size feels comfortable, helping you build confidence gradually and avoid uncomfortable jumps in width. - Designed by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist: Developed by Amanda Olson, a specialist in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Your set includes access to over 100 guided video tutorials and a private online support community. - Body-Safe Medical-Grade Silicone: Made from BPA-free silicone with a smooth, polished finish, rather than the rigid plastic used by many basic trainers. Branding sits on the base, so the insertable surface stays completely smooth. - For Vaginismus, Postpartum and Pre-Examination Use: Intended to help manage the symptoms of vaginismus, support postpartum recovery, or prepare for gynaecological examinations. Use with a water-based lubricant for 5-20 minutes. - Easy to Clean and Discreetly Delivered: Reusable and simple to care for - just wash with warm water and mild soap before and after use.
