**Q: Can these valve adapters be left on the bike without suffering air loss/leakage while riding or are they merely to be used for inflation times only?**
A: I keep one on my bike. It is necessary to remove the adapter and tighten the presta valve top-nut; then replace the adapter. A minor inconvenience for the ability to air up just about anywhere.

**Q: Will this work with airpump at gas station?**
A: If your tire is a standard shrader valve you wont need this for a gas station pump. If you have a presta tire you will need this for any pumps designed for shrader valves. Including gas station pumps

**Q: I am looking for something that will adapt a schrader pump head to go on a presta valve.  Anyone comes across that?**
A: thats what this is. works great

**Q: Will these fit into a small hand pump?**
A: These thread onto the valve stem.  Then you would use your pump as you normally do.
