Review: The one I got is useless - I bought those gloves with the rubbery pads on the hands and despite commercials and such showing how the hair peels of in one piece, that is not my reality. The gloves were a mess. I thought this would be better since you can press to sink the bristles and take the hair off, but this thing took no hair off my cat, a cat from whom you can make a pillow every time you brush her. I put the gloves back on and the loose hairs started coming onto the gloves right away. Tried this again, nothing. Not sure why that is but I'll be replacing this with another pair of the gloves. I'd rather use a brush but I have yet to find anything that works better than the gloves. I'll deal with the mess in trade for functionality.
Review: Did not last - I bought this set 5 months ago. The brush bristles do not always retract, making it difficult to remove the hair. Also, the nail trimmers have dulled already and are causing clipping to be uncomfortable for my dog. Not worth the price.
